Recently, BYD announced that it signed a cooperation agreement with the world's leading automotive rental company SIXT to provide new energy vehicle leasing services for the European market, jointly promoting the electrification transformation of the automotive rental market, and helping global carbon emission reduction.
According to the agreement between the two parties, SIXT will purchase at least 100,000 new energy vehicles from BYD in the next six years. Many BYD high -quality new energy vehicles will serve SIXT customers, including the latest Yuan Plus currently launched in Europe. The vehicle will be delivered in the fourth quarter of this year. The first phase of the cooperation market includes Germany, the United Kingdom, France, and the Netherlands.
