Points for attention in the process:

When the installation position conflicts with trees, manhole covers and other fixed facilities, the location should be moved within 8 meters to avoid the facilities.
B. C. When there is a high voltage line above the installation position, when there is an overhead wire, the installation light point shall be cancelled and the length and location of the road that cannot be placed shall be recorded and reported to the company for record;

2. According to the requirements of the construction drawings, the excavation of the foundation pit should be carried out at the lamp installation position, and the distance between the foundation pit and the road edge, the width and depth of the foundation pit should be well controlled according to the drawings. The foundation pit should not be too wide or too shallow, nor too narrow or too deep. When there is no underground pipeline and other facilities, mechanical excavation can be adopted. When there are uncertain underground pipelines and other facilities, manual excavation must be adopted.
Matters needing attention:
A. Investigation: If the surface of 1.2 meters is soft soil, the excavation depth should be deepened; Excavate the pit in accordance with the drawing standard at the position of the vertical lamps and lanterns, and conduct positioning casting of the embedded parts.
B. After digging the street lamp foundation pit, confirm the buried position of the battery box, which is about 0.5 meters away from the lamp pole, and the area is about 3 times the area of the battery box. The depth varies according to different regions, generally 60-120cm (please consult our technical personnel for details).
C. From the beginning of excavation to the end of installation, if the construction section has been passed, protective measures should be taken to prohibit pedestrians and vehicles from entering the construction site.
3. Place the embedded parts of the foundation in the middle of the foundation casting pit (pay attention to keep the embedded parts, the foundation and the original ground on the same level or the top of the screw and the original ground on the same level, one side should be parallel to the road; In this way, it can ensure that the lamp post is upright and not deflected), and then place one end of the PVC pipe at the place where the battery box is placed, and the other end is worn out about 30cm from the middle of the fixed plate at the upper end of the foundation piece in the foundation pouring pit. Matters needing attention:
A. Before pouring, seal the two ends of the PVC pipe with plastic cloth or cloth to prevent concrete from entering the pipe and causing blockage.
B. The consistency of concrete should be moderate, not too thin, not too thick;
C. Incoming concrete shall be supplied appropriately according to the number of workers, so as not to affect the pouring quality of the base due to the long waiting time of concrete;
D. Preparations should be made before foundation pit pouring, such as the height of the foundation pit and whether there are sundries. If there are pipelines in the foundation pit, it should be reported to the leader in advance for proper treatment;
E. After construction, clean the residual mud on the positioning plate in time, and clean the impurities on the bolts with waste oil, or wrap the screws with adhesive tape before embedding; F. In the concrete solidification process, regular watering and maintenance should be carried out until the concrete is completely solidified (generally 4-7 days) before installation of the chandelier;
