It is understood that on December 13th, Tesla has been allowed to start the construction of a "market design pilot" virtual power plant (VPP) in Dezhou, which can connect PowerWall customers to the Texas Grid. Tesla has built virtual power plants in California, Australia, and Japan. During the surplus of power, photovoltaic power generation energy is stored in Powerwall. During the power trough period, it is powered by PowerWall to the grid.
PowerWall is a home battery launched by Teslaphy a year ago that can store energy storage, detect power -off, and power the residential power when power outage. It is usually used with roof solar cells.
