1. First check the battery of the electric forklift to see if there is any voltage. If the voltage is there, check whether the voltage can be used normally.
Remedy: If the electric forklift battery has no voltage or the voltage is too low, directly charge the battery.
2. Check whether the lifting switch and the line of the electric forklift are loose or short-circuited, and whether the micro switch is damaged.
Remedy: Repair and clean up the electric forklift line, replace or repair the micro switch.
3. Check whether the contactor assembly lifted by the electric forklift is burnt out or the coil is short-circuited or open-circuited.
Remedy: Repair the platinum contacts of the electric forklift contactor or directly replace a new hydraulic contactor assembly.
4. Check whether the lifting module of the electric forklift is burnt out or has a short circuit or open circuit.
Remedy: Repair or replace the module assembly.
5. Check whether the hydraulic motor of the electric forklift has voltage, check whether the motor has short circuit or open circuit and leakage, and check whether the carbon brush is seriously worn.
Remedy: repair the line, replace the carbon brush of the motor and repair the copper head of the motor, repair the hydraulic motor assembly or replace the new hydraulic motor.
6. Check whether the hydraulic pump, multi-way valve, oil pipe and oil cylinder of the electric forklift are damaged.
Remedy: Repair the hydraulic pump damage or replace it with a new hydraulic pump assembly directly, repair the multi-way valve if it is damaged, or directly replace it with a new multi-way valve assembly, replace a new hydraulic oil pipe, replace the oil cylinder with a repair kit or Replace with new cylinder assembly.
