Q: What is your warranty?
A: Almost all our battery pack has 3 years warranty. We assure a cycle life of more than 2000times 80%DOD at 0.2C. That means you can use it for at least 5 years for a normal 1-time charge and discharge every day.
Q: Where can I get the price?
A: We will offer you the best quote in 24 hours after we get the battery requirements from you, such as the voltage, capacity, application and etc.
Q: What are the terms of payment?
A: For bulk orders, a 50% deposit will be paid first, and the remaining 50% will be paid before delivery.
Q: Can I add or delete quantity from my order if I change my mind?
A: Yes, but you need to tell us ASPS, if your order has been done in our production line, we can not change it, usually 2 days after the order confirming.
