Q1.Do you have your own brand or support OEM/ODM services?
A1: Yes, Our Own brand and we provide OEM/ODM services if you need them.
Q2. How do your company ship the LiFePo4 battery packs?
A2: For sample orders or small battery packs, we always ship by express through DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, etc. If the whole parcel is over 100KG, we always ship by air or by sea, sea shipping is cheaper. Please tell us where is your nearest airport name and seaport name for check the best ship option for your order.
Q3. Can we put different LiFePO4 battery packs in parallel or series by ourselves?
A3: Yes. The battery can be put in parallel or series by customers. But there are a few tips we need to pay attention to;
1. Make sure the voltage of each battery is the same before being put in parallel. If they are not the same, charge them at the same rate.
2. Don't put the discharged battery and undischarged battery in parallel. This may reduce the capacity of the whole battery pack.
3. Advise us on the target capacity of the whole pack if you would like to put them in series. We will choose the suitable BMS for each battery.
4. If you are not professional in parallel and series batteries, please don't handle the battery by yourself. It may cause danger and hurt the cycle life of the battery.
