Q1: Can I have a sample order for Battery?
A1:Yes, we welcome sample orders to test and check quality.
Q2: Is it OK to print my logo on the product?
A2: Yes. We welcome OEM orders.
Q3: Does it come fully charged?
A3: No, the MANLY Lithium Battery is charged about 30% SOC (approx. 13.15 Volts) due to the transportation restrictions! Hope it helps.
Q4: How can I get a sample to check your quality?
A4: After the parameters and prices are determined, we can customize the samples according to your parameters requirements for your testing.
Q5: How about the lead time?
A5: Usually, we haven't stable stock in the warehouse. for samples is around 20 ~ 25 working days, for mass production is around 15 ~ 20 working days.
Q6: What certificates do your lithium battery products pass?
A6: Most of our lithium batteries have been tested by CE and RoHS standards which are complied with the European Directive.
