Three criteria to increase lithium-iron-phosphate battery life :
(1) storage AGV battery charger charging functionality. The basic charging procedure of accumulative AGV battery is that the large current constant current power supply is transformed from gas extraction voltage to constant voltage and a small current to constant current. The three stages should be automatically transformed by the system.
(2)Add an ampere-hour meter to the motor car. The current AGV battery storage locomotives are not equipped with an ampere-hour meter, and the charger of the AGV battery does not know the specific consumption of electric capacity after the locomotive is completed. Therefore, the control of the charging operation process cannot be carried out according to the actual state of the battery. Chargers can only use "overcharge" to ensure that the AGV battery's capacity is restored. According to the specific test statistics data of the ampere-hour meter, the safe limit of the storage capacity of AGV batteries can be determined. Under the condition of deep discharge, the plate of storage AGV battery expands and contracts greatly, and the physical structure of the plate is very easy to be damaged. The lower limit for the use of AGV batteries should be reserved at 20% of the battery capacity. For ineffective and safe use, the battery capacity of AGV batteries should not be exhausted.
(3) A corrosion inhibitor is used to protect the stored AGV battery. When the newly stored AGV battery is put into use, adding a positive electrode protectant can effectively reduce the amount of CO2 precipitation during the charging of the AGV battery, and then reduce the corrosion of charging to the positive grid. Test reports confirm that the battery life of AGV batteries with positive electrode protectant is actually increased by about 50%.
