A: Of course, welcome sample to test and check the quality, but not for free at the first.

A: Mass production time usually needs 3-5 weeks, it depends on order quantity or if the custom orders.
Q: Do you have any MOQ limits?
A: Yes, we have MOQ for small batteries packs, but ow MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is appreciated.
Q: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, or special lines, It usually takes 7-15 days to arrive. Airline and sea transportation is also optional according to your request.
Q: Is it OK to have my own brand or logo on the product?
