Q: Can I have a sample order?
A: Yes, we welcome samples in order to test and check the quality.
Q: What about the lead time for mass production?
A: It depends on your order quantity, normally 20 ~ 25 working days for newly produced samples, 10 ~ 15 working days for mass production.
Q: Could you ship the battery safely?
A: Of course, we have some well-cooperated forwarders who have much experience in delivering the battery. It could be shipped by door-to-door express, by air, or by the ocean to the airport and port. Also, the customers can use their own forwarders.
Q: How to place an order?
A: Firstly, let me know your detailed requirements and applications. Secondly, we will quote it according to your requirements or our suggestions. Thirdly, the customer confirms the samples and place a deposit for formal order. Fourthly, we according to your quantity arrange the production schedule.
Q: Do you offer OEM or ODM service?
A: Yes, OEM&ODM are welcome. Please inform us of your OEM requirements and confirm the design, We'll process it accordingly.
