Recently, EVE Energy Co., Ltd. signed a memorandum of understanding with Energy Absolute to jointly establish a joint venture company in Thailand, with the joint venture company as the implementation entity to build a battery production base of at least 6GWh.
EVE Energy Co., Ltd. and EA subsidiary Amita Technology plan to jointly build a battery production base in Thailand, focusing on the design, development, manufacturing, and sales of power storage batteries and pack products. At the same time, they actively cooperate to explore the electric vehicle and energy storage business in the Thai and Southeast Asian markets.
